Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the B+fellas website and the purchase of products through both online sales channels and physical showroom locations. By accessing the website, placing an order online, or completing a transaction at a B+fellas showroom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with all policies expressly incorporated by reference herein.
B+fellas is a brand operated under ODST Maker Company Limited, a company incorporated and operating in the Kingdom of Thailand.
Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all sales of products offered by B+fellas, including ready-stock items and certain furniture items that require upholstery, fabric, leather, or material finishing following order confirmation, whether purchased online or at a physical showroom. Provisions relating to website access and use apply solely to online interactions, while sales-related provisions apply equally to both online and showroom transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Use of the Website
The B+fellas website is provided for informational and commercial purposes only. Users agree not to misuse the website, engage in unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website’s operation, or introduce malicious software. B+fellas reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website at its discretion in the event of misuse or breach of these Terms.
Product Information and Availability
All product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, and prices are provided for general guidance only. While B+fellas endeavours to ensure accuracy, minor variations in colour, texture, grain, finish, or appearance may occur due to natural materials, manufacturing processes, upholstery work, lighting conditions, or display settings. Such variations are inherent to furniture production and shall not constitute a defect or misrepresentation. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Orders and Contract Formation
An order shall be deemed accepted, final, and legally binding upon successful completion of payment, whether the purchase is made online or at a physical showroom. Upon payment, processing is deemed to have commenced and a binding contract is formed between the customer and B+fellas. B+fellas reserves the right to refuse any order prior to payment at its discretion, where permitted by law.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in Thai Baht unless otherwise indicated and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery or collection of products. B+fellas reserves the right to correct pricing errors and, where permitted by law, to cancel orders arising from such errors prior to acceptance.
Cancellation
Orders placed with B+fellas are strictly non-cancellable once payment has been made. This applies to all products without exception, including ready-stock items and furniture requiring upholstery or material finishing. The Cancellation Policy, as published on the B+fellas website, forms an integral part of these Terms and applies equally to online and showroom purchases.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery arrangements, coverage areas, timelines, and applicable charges are governed by the B+fellas Shipping Policy in effect at the time of purchase, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Complimentary delivery within Bangkok and the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, as well as delivery charges for other locations, shall apply in accordance with the Shipping Policy.
Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are required to inspect products thoroughly at the time of delivery or collection and prior to acceptance. Acceptance shall be deemed to have occurred once the customer receives or takes possession of the product without objection. Upon acceptance, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Any issues identified after acceptance shall not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement, except where required by applicable law.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. B+fellas does not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances, except where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Thai consumer protection laws. The Returns and Refunds Policy, as published on the B+fellas website, forms an integral part of these Terms and applies to all online and showroom purchases.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the B+fellas website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, trademarks, and layout, is the property of ODST Maker Company Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, B+fellas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B+fellas and ODST Maker Company Limited from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, or improper use of products.

The website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience only. B+fellas does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of such websites, and access to them is at your own risk.
Amendments to the Terms
