Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview
This Cancellation Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of orders placed with B+fellas, whether through the B+fellas website or at its physical showroom. B+fellas is a brand operated under ODST Maker Company Limited, a company incorporated and operating in the Kingdom of Thailand. This policy forms an integral part of the contractual terms between B+fellas and the customer and shall be read in conjunction with the Returns and Refunds Policy and other applicable terms and conditions.
Order Confirmation
An order shall be deemed final and legally binding upon successful completion of payment. Upon payment, the order is confirmed, processing is deemed to have commenced, and the contractual obligation between the customer and B+fellas is established.
No Cancellation Policy
All orders placed with B+fellas are strictly non-cancellable. Cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances once payment has been made. This applies to all products without exception, including ready-stock items and furniture that requires additional upholstery, material finishing, or other processing. Requests for cancellation due to change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, delays, or any other reason shall not be accepted.
Upholstered and Partially Made-to-Order Items
Furniture items requiring upholstery, leather, fabric, or other material finishing are produced specifically for the customer following order confirmation. Once payment has been made, such items are immediately allocated or scheduled for processing. Accordingly, cancellation of such orders is expressly prohibited.
Delivery Scheduling and Logistics
The scheduling of delivery, preparation for dispatch, or engagement of third-party logistics providers does not give rise to any right of cancellation. Orders remain non-cancellable regardless of whether delivery has been arranged, postponed, or rescheduled at the customer’s request.
Sales Channels
This Cancellation Policy applies uniformly to all sales channels operated by B+fellas, including online purchases and showroom transactions. No distinction is made between sales channels for the purposes of cancellation rights.
Legal Exceptions
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights that may not be lawfully excluded under applicable Thai consumer protection laws. Where cancellation or termination is required by law due to circumstances mandated by statute, such matters shall be handled strictly in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
Amendments to This Policy
B+fellas reserves the right to amend, revise, or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any amendments shall apply prospectively and shall not affect orders already confirmed, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The most current version of this policy will be published with an updated “Last updated” date.
