This Shipping Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased through the B+fellas website. B+fellas is a brand operated under ODST Maker Company Limited, a company incorporated and operating in Thailand. This policy is formulated in accordance with general Thai commercial practices and applicable consumer protection principles.
Complimentary Delivery within Bangkok and Metropolitan Areas
B+fellas is pleased to offer complimentary delivery with no minimum purchase requirement for deliveries within Bangkok and the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. For the purposes of this policy, the Bangkok Metropolitan Region includes the following provinces:
Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, and Nakhon Pathom.
Delivery eligibility within these areas is determined based on the delivery address provided by the customer and the company’s internal logistics coverage. Complimentary delivery applies solely to standard delivery arrangements as defined by the company.
Delivery Outside the Bangkok Metropolitan Region
For delivery destinations outside Bangkok and the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, shipping charges will apply. Such charges are calculated in accordance with the company’s prevailing delivery rate structure and may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, destination, distance, product dimensions, weight, handling requirements, and delivery method. All applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation or delivery scheduling.
Delivery Timeframes and Conditions
Delivery timeframes provided by B+fellas are indicative and subject to change based on product availability, delivery location, logistical constraints, and external factors beyond the company’s reasonable control. While we endeavour to fulfil deliveries within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur. B+fellas shall not be liable for delays resulting from force majeure events, transportation disruptions, or circumstances outside the company’s direct control.
Compliance with Thai Consumer Practices
B+fellas conducts its delivery operations in good faith and in line with applicable Thai consumer protection and commercial practices. Customers will be informed of material delivery terms, conditions, and charges in a clear and transparent manner prior to confirmation of purchase, in accordance with standard business practices in Thailand.
Amendments to Delivery Coverage and Rates
B+fellas reserves the right to revise delivery coverage areas, shipping rates, and delivery conditions at its discretion. Any such changes shall apply prospectively and will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
