At B+fellas, we place strong emphasis on thoughtful design, careful craftsmanship, and rigorous quality control across all products offered under the brand. This Returns and Refunds Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, and remedies in relation to purchases made through the B+fellas website and showroom. B+fellas is a brand operated under ODST Maker Company Limited, a company incorporated and operating in the Kingdom of Thailand, and this policy is drafted in accordance with applicable Thai consumer protection legislation.
Scope of Sales
This policy applies to all products purchased from B+fellas, whether through our online sales channels or at our physical showroom. Products offered by B+fellas include ready-stock items as well as certain furniture pieces that require additional upholstery or material finishing, such as sofas, armchairs, and easy chairs. While the wooden structure of such items may be pre-produced, the final upholstery or surface treatment requires additional processing time and is completed specifically for the customer following order confirmation.
No Returns and No Refunds
All sales made through B+fellas are final. As a general principle, B+fellas does not accept returns and does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, incompatibility with intended use, or post-purchase reconsideration. Customers are therefore strongly advised to review all product information, specifications, dimensions, materials, and descriptions carefully prior to placing an order or confirming a purchase.
Product Information and Customer Responsibility
B+fellas endeavours to present product descriptions, images, measurements, and other relevant information as accurately and clearly as possible. Notwithstanding this, minor variations in colour, texture, grain, finish, or appearance may occur as a result of natural material characteristics, upholstery processes, lighting conditions, or differences in display settings. Such variations are inherent to furniture production and shall not constitute grounds for return, refund, or replacement. Responsibility rests with the customer to ensure that products are suitable for their intended purpose, spatial constraints, and environment prior to purchase.
Delivery, Inspection, and Acceptance
Customers are required to inspect all products thoroughly at the time of delivery or collection, whether at the showroom or at the delivery location. Inspection must be completed prior to acceptance of the goods. Acceptance shall be deemed to have occurred once the customer signs for, receives, or otherwise takes possession of the product without objection. Upon acceptance, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Any issues identified after acceptance, including damage, defects, or non-conformity, shall not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Defective or Damaged Products Prior to Acceptance
Where a product is found to be materially defective or damaged at the time of delivery or collection and prior to acceptance, the customer must notify B+fellas immediately and decline acceptance of the product. In such cases, B+fellas’ sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at its discretion, the provision of a replacement product of the same model or specification. Cash refunds or returns for credit shall not be offered.
Customised and Upholstered Items
For furniture items requiring upholstery, leather, fabric, or material finishing selected by the customer, such items are regarded as partially made-to-order. Once production or upholstery has commenced, such items shall not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstances, except where mandatory rights under applicable law apply.
Legal Exceptions
Nothing in this Returns and Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Thai consumer protection laws. Where a remedy is required by law due to a material defect, non-conformity, or other circumstances mandated by statute, such matters shall be addressed strictly in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
Quality Assurance and Customer Support
Although returns and refunds are not offered as a general policy, B+fellas remains committed to maintaining product integrity and addressing legitimate concerns in good faith. Customers who experience issues prior to acceptance are encouraged to contact B+fellas promptly so that the matter may be reviewed and addressed in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Amendments to This Policy
B+fellas reserves the right to amend, revise, or update this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Any amendments shall apply prospectively and shall not affect orders already confirmed, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The most current version of the policy will be published on this page and will take effect from the stated “Last updated” date.
